Terms of Use

1. Using this site

UKShortlist (ukshortlist.com) offers classic games and slot games that are played in the browser. You must be 18 or older. By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms, and if you disagree you should stop using it.

2. What we provide

The games are for personal enjoyment and practice. They are built from open-source parts that we host and maintain ourselves. We try to keep them running, though we cannot promise constant availability or an absence of faults.

3. No accounts, no charges

There is nothing to register for and no subscription. The site has no checkout and no way of billing you, and we will never ask for your financial details.

4. Other websites

Where a page leads to a different website, that website’s own terms and privacy policy govern your visit from the moment you land there. We take no responsibility for what other people publish or how long it stays online.

5. Changes to the games

Games may be added, changed or withdrawn, difficulty levels adjusted, and the look or behaviour of any game altered, whenever we see fit and without warning.

6. Intellectual property

Game names remain the property of their owners and appear only so that we can describe what is on offer. The games build on open-source software, whose licences we observe and reproduce on this site. The wording, artwork and layout of the site are ours, and may not be copied for commercial purposes without our agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not disrupt the site, copy it in bulk or gather its content with automated tools. Browsing and playing in the usual way is what it is for.

8. Limitation of liability

Use of the site is on an as-is basis. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss resulting from using it or from visiting a site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law in your country does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms as the site evolves, and the wording published on this page at any given time is the wording that applies.

10. Contact

Any questions about these terms can go to info@ukshortlist.com.
