Privacy Policy

1. What this site is

UKShortlist (ukshortlist.com) is a modest website with a handful of classic games and slot games, all played in your browser. There are no accounts, profiles or sign-ins, so the whole site can be used without saying who you are.

2. What we collect

Personal details are never requested, and no form on the site could gather them. Like nearly every website, however, our server keeps a routine technical entry each time a page is requested:

• The IP address your request came from
• The browser and operating system in use
• The requested page plus a timestamp
• The previous page, where your browser shares it

These entries help us keep the site running and see which pages get read. They are never used to build a profile of you, and we neither sell them nor pass them to advertisers.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies. Minesweeper and the slot games keep your best time or score in your browser’s local storage for next time. That data stays on your device, never comes to us, and can be cleared in your browser settings whenever you wish.

4. Links elsewhere

The games are played here. Should a page link to somewhere else, such as an email address, that destination applies its own privacy policy and cookie rules, which are beyond our control and our sight.

5. Email you send us

Should you email info@ukshortlist.com, we keep your message and address for the length of our reply and a fair while afterwards. Your address will not be added to any mailing list.

6. Age

The site is meant for adults aged 18 or over. No personal data is collected, and we do not knowingly hold any relating to anyone under 18.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. With no account data on file, a request like that would usually involve server logs or an email thread. Email info@ukshortlist.com and we will reply.

8. Security

Pages reach you over HTTPS, and the site is kept up to date. No system is perfect, yet as no personal data is stored here, there is very little to be taken.

9. Changes to this policy

If the way the site works changes, this page will be revised to match. The text you see today is the version in force.

10. Contact

Any questions about this policy can go to info@ukshortlist.com.
